Coronavirus (CV-19) Policy

It’s business as usual (well, almost)

We would like to reassure all of our clients and potential clients that we are open for business during this difficult period. As you can appreciate though we are having to change the way we work slightly so we have put together some information below that should address any questions/concerns that you may have.

Placing Orders With Us / General Enquiries

To reduce social contact, we are politely asking you to either pick up the phone and call us or drop us an email;

Please be aware though that we are working remotely and if you call it may be the case that you have to leave a message and we will ensure that we call you back as soon as we can.

Collection of Orders

You are still able to collect orders from our office. Please get in contact using one of the methods above to arrange a suitable time. We politely request that you don’t turn up unannounced. If government advice changes on general, everyday travel, we will put provisions in place and update this page accordingly.

Delivery of Orders

This should remain the same regardless of the measures that we’ve put in place. Deliveries made by PHATT Printing staff will be made in accordance of any policies you may have (please advise us of these). For customers that aren’t local to us, we use DPD or APC overnight couriers and this service will remain as long as they are offering it to us.

Remote Working

We have some members of staff working from home to try and reduce the potential spread of the virus. There is a skeleton presence within our offices but this is so we can fulfill orders as opposed to offering any level of customer service.


For customers that visit our offices please be assured that we are regularly cleaning our offices and will continue to do so.
